Installing a Flow-Tech system does not involve cutting into existing pipes, making retrofit installations cost-effective and simple. A Flow-Tech system conducts its signal through tags into the fluid. This is accomplished by attaching the tags to the conductive pipe or pump. Normally, tag installation location is after the pumps and before the heat transfer process. This method of attaching the signal tags is not only effective in treating the system, but it also removes costly piping modifications and system downtime. Installation takes up to a few hours, during which the system is tuned and calibrated to provide a measurable signal inside the system.
